When I was an ordinary college graduate, I was full of boundless expectations for the sales industry. I always think that one day I can stand in a crowd and use my eloquence and wisdom to convince others to accept the products I recommend. However, the reality is always cruel, my first job after graduation was not as I expected, I became an office clerk, repeated mechanical work every day, life became passionless.

Until one day, I saw a job Posting on the Internet, a WPC company is looking for sales staff. I know. This is the opportunity I've been waiting for. I can't pass it up. I sent in my resume immediately and got an interview soon after. On the day of the interview, I put on my most formal clothes and walked into the company full of enthusiasm and anticipation. During the interview, I showed the interviewer my passion for sales and understanding of WPC products, and I am sure I will get the job.
Sure enough, I passed the interview successfully and became a member of the company. I started my career as a WPC salesman. At first, I knew nothing about the industry and didn't know much about the company's products. But I am not discouraged, I know, as long as I am willing to work hard, I can do this job. I began to read a lot of materials to understand the features and applications of WPC, I even went to the factory to visit and see the production process of WPC myself, I tried everything to familiarize myself with the product.

Selling is not an easy thing, especially for me, who is new to the industry. I started reaching out to customers and selling them our products. But most of the time, I was rejected. I began to doubt myself, am I really cut out for sales? Should I give up?
Just when I was in despair, I met a senior. He told me that selling is like a marathon that requires endurance and perseverance, not a spur of the moment. His words dawned on me, and I began to adjust my strategy, to stop rushing and spend more time understanding the needs of customers and to build trust.
Slowly, I began to make progress. I managed to sell the first product, then the second, then the third... I started to have confidence. I knew I could do it. I'm no longer the slouching clerk in the office, I'm a passionate salesperson, and I love my life now.

Now, I am a senior WPC sales. I have a stable customer base and my sales are steadily increasing every month. I know that all these achievements come from my original decision, I choose sales, I choose WPC, I choose to challenge myself, beyond myself.

I want to say that no matter who you are, no matter where you are, as long as you have a dream, a passion, and a determination, you can achieve your dreams. Like me, from an ordinary college graduate, into a successful WPC sales, all because I believe that as long as there is a dream, it is possible.
